Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-inclusive email management tool, which will grant you total authority over your email mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use interface, you can set up a brand new mailbox account in an instant and manage its settings with ease. Plus, you can forward email messages from one mailbox to another, set up mail filters, set up autoresponders and defend your email box accounts against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your electronic mail accounts against spam messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unasked-for messages will find their way into your e-mailbox. Your mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether an email message blacklisted as spam should be erased or forwarded to a given email box.
Email Filters
E-mail filters are excellent for filtering your incoming e-mails on the basis of certain criteria defined by you. Creating e-mail filters is extremely easy - all you have to do is fill in a simple form and your email filter will be created and will go into effect immediately. You can quickly set up a filter for any of your email box accounts and modify the email filtering criteria according to your preference.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly forward your incoming e-mail messages from one email mailbox to another, or even to several other email mailboxes. Just choose the email mailbox account you want to forward emails from, then select the destination email mailbox and indicate if you would like to leave a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager user interface, you can easily configure the mail client of your preference to access your electronic mail accounts. Just browse to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail box account you wish to set up on your desktop computer or smartphone and click on the mail client that you wish to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new e-mail box will be configured in a minute.

With the Email Manager graphical user interface, managing multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is a piece of cake. The Email Manager GUI will also permit you to quickly set up an auto-response message - enter the message you would like people to notice and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to configure a catch-all mailbox - you can do that with a mere mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
